Hello and Welcome, I am Marc an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and owner of a Premium Loose-Leaf Tea Business based in Muskoka, Canada.

I became a Health Coach to fulfill my passion for health and nutrition and a desire to improve the health and life for himself, friends and family.

My well-rounded background includes a Culinary Degree as well as being a restaurateur and senior level executive in luxury retail. I left the corporate world to transform my life and open a small business in Florida focused on Tea, Health and Wellness. Now living back in Canada, I started TEA on the 45th and online shop for premium and organic teas and herbal infusions.

Based in Muskoka the cottage active lifestyle has inspired my assortment of blends.

I also lead Tea Talks and Group Workshops on Health.
